Lauren Folkemer

I decided to join Blackwell Real Estate in September 2016, after interviewing with many real estate companies.  Initially I had a long telephone conversation with James Blackwell, and I was immediately impressed with how open and willing he was to help me start my career in real estate.  This was the first sign that he would be a great mentor.  When we met face to face a few days later he described the family environment of the company, his step by step training of new agents, the many advantages he offers to his agents versus what a new agent receives at other large companies, as well as Blackwell Real Estate’s dedication to providing the best service to all clients.  Over the past year of working for James he has followed through with everything, and I am 100% sure I made the correct decision by becoming a part of his team.
