Journeyman Agents are either new to the business or do not want to commit to paying a  monthly fee in exchange for a 100% commission split.   (Once they’ve settled 8 transactions, they can move to the Independent Agent Classification if they so choose.)

Who should join as a Dual Career Agent?

The Dual Career Agent Classification is for the new licensee who can not make the commitment to a full-time real estate career but understands the need for training and mentorship when it comes to launching their real estate career or the experienced agent who is not quite ready to make the financial commitment that our independent agents make.
